Superteens 2019: Weeks 3&4

Dear Superteen Parents and Campers,

 

The 1st 2 weeks have been such a success.  We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the next 2 weeks.  Take a look below to see all the fun our 2nd 2 weeks of camp will be. 

 

WEEK THREE: July 15th – July 19th  

 

Monday, July 15th – Wednesday, July 17th   

Okemo Mountain Resort at Jackson Gore

Get ready for fun in the sun in the mountains and on the river.  We’ll be tubing in Connecticut on Monday before we head up north to Vermont.  On Tuesday and Wednesday we’ll spend 2 fun filled days exploring all that Okemo has to offer including bungee trampoline, Frisbee golf, mountain coaster, and High Ropes Challenge Course.  Please be sure to pack the following:

 

  • 2 bathing suits
  • clothing for 3 days
  • 2 travel t-shirts
  • sneakers for all outdoor activities
  • water shoes or crocs for tubing
  • sunscreen
  • towel
  • toiletries

Thursday, July 18th 

Treetop Adventure

Lets see all that the Bronx Zoo has to offer us.  First we’ll explore the Treetops in the High Ropes Course and Zipline Adventure.  Then we’ll visit all the animals and have lunch.

 

Drop off: 7:45 am

Pickup: 6:30 pm

Friday, July 19th       

Smiths Point Beach 

Lets end the week by relaxing and catching up with our friends on the sandy shores of Long Island.  We’ll bring a picnic lunch and games for all to play.

Monday, July 22nd – Thursday, July 25th 

 

Boston and New Hampshire Adventure

Lets hit the pavement of Boston and see all that this historic town has to show us.  We’ll start our trip by visiting the Brownstone Adventure Water Park in Connecticut for ziplining, water rope swinging, cliff jumping and so much more.  We’ll then have dinner in the heart of Boston at Fire and Ice. Tuesday will include the Museum of Science Planetarium, Duck Tour, and Faneuil Hall. Wednesday we’ll head to Loon Mountain in New Hampshire for some outdoor mountain fun followed by a NH Fisher Cat baseball game.  The fun will continue on Thursday as we take a scenic rail ride into the White Mountains. Be sure to pack:

 

  • 4 travel t-shirts
  • 1 bathing suit
  • 1 towel
  • 4 days of clothing
  • sneakers for all outdoor activities
  • sunscreen
  • toiletries

Skyzone

It’s time to celebrate all the fun we had the 1st four weeks of camp.  We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of the summer.

 

Regular Transportation 

 

Park Shore has a limited cell phone policy while in the SuperTeens division of camp. SuperTeens will only be able to use their cell phones during designated times during long trips. Posting pictures of others is strictly prohibited. For your convenience our SuperTeens director Jim Walker will have his cell phone with him. Please feel free to text or call with any concerns.
