2021 Transportation Form

Dear Park Shore Families,

We are very excited as our 2021 camp season quickly approaches.  We are very busy planning another amazing summer which will offer all of our campers another opportunity to play with their friends, enjoy Park Shore’s facilities and create memories for a lifetime.  We are very happy to announce that we will be providing transportation for this summer.  In order to maintain a safe environment on each bus, there will be a reduced capacity with only one child at a window seat with at least one sibling being able to sit on the same seat.  All campers and drivers will be required to wear a mask for the entire trip. 

There will be a surcharge of $70 per week if you decide to take transportation this summer.  The charge for additional siblings will be $35 per week per sibling and all charges will be prorated based on the session and days you select.  If you decide not to take transportation and drive your child(ren) to and from camp you will receive a $40 per week credit per child which will also be prorated based on your session and days enrolled.  The $40 credit does not apply to Toddler Campers.

Please fill out the Transportation Form below to let us know if you want transportation or you do not want transportation.  In order to successfully organize our transportation program, we need your answer by Friday, April 23rd.
