NEWSLETTER #4 (Weeks 7 and 8)
Dear Superteen Parents,
We cannot believe that Camp 2021 is winding down. We faced some challenges this summer but thoroughly enjoyed traveling around our neighboring states with your children. We look forward to all of the excitement and joy the last 2 weeks will offer. We hope you have a great school year, stay healthy and safe. We look forward to seeing you next summer.
WEEK SEVEN – August 9th – August 13th
WAIVERS
Gravity Vault
Monday, August 9th – Gravity Vault
Regular Transportation
Gravity vault is one of Long Island’s best indoor rock climbing facilities. We’ll see who can climb the highest or fastest and ring the bell. After all the fun, we’ll head to lunch at a local restaurant.
**Campers starting week 7, need to bring a bathing suit for the Deep Water Test**
Tuesday, August 10th – Whitewater Challengers (Lehigh, PA)
Drop Off time: 7:00 AM
Pick up time: 8:00PM – please call the camp one hour before pick-up time for updates
Row, row, row your boat down the Lehigh River while stopping for a swim, tossing a bucket of water at a friend or favorite counselor. A nice scenic spot will be found for some rest and relaxation with a yummy riverside lunch.
Wednesday, August 11th – Flight, Fit and Fun
Regular Transportation Day
It’s time to have some fun with our friends, bouncing, flipping and jumping on some trampolines while listening to some music. Then we’ll head over to a local restaurant for some lunch
Thursday, August 12th – Mets Game
Regular Transportation AM
Pick up time: 5:00PM – please call the camp one hour before pick-up time for updates
Lets Go Mets!!!!! We’ll cheer on our local team the AMAZING METS while we enjoy some lunch… REMINDER – NO BACKPACKS, CLEAR BAGS ONLY….
ALSO, NO CASH IS ACCEPTED INSIDE THE STADIUM…
Friday, August 13th – Fishing
Regular Transportation Day
Here Fishy Fishy….Teens will take to the water aboard the Bay Princess with a chance to catch a keeper for dinner. While on board, teens will soak up the sun, chat with their new friends, enjoy their favorite sandwich and beverage.
WEEK EIGHT – August 16th – August 20th
Monday, August 16th – Wednesday, August 18th – Bromley, Vermont
Monday: Drop off at 7:00 AM
Wednesday: Pick up at 6:00 PM
Please call the camp one hour before pick-up time for updates.
We’ll start the trip with a visit to one of Connecticut’s best waterparks to use the ziplines, slides and inflatables. Then we’re off to VT to check out an adventure park and aerial park before heading home.

Thursday, August 19th – Paddleboarding

Time to test your balancing skills on top of a paddleboard while navigating the waters of the Hamptons. Then we will venture into town for some LUNCH at one of the local restaurants.
Friday, August 20th – SIM PLAY FAREWELL BANQUET
Regular Transportation Day
Time to test out some of the best high tech sports simulators under one roof. Then we’ll celebrate the summer and enjoy some BBQ lunch catered in from Dang BBQ.
It has been our pleasure to have you in our Superteen group this summer… We appreciate you entrusting us with your most prized possession. Taneisha, Trevor, Victoria and Anna would like to wish you all an amazing safe and healthy rest of the summer before the start of school.
