• 1. We will have a mandatory orientation for everyone who will be attending this trip (parents/guardians /campers and staff) in late April/early May.
  2. We will collect all passports/birth certificates/ID’s before the trip date
  3. These items will be held in the camp safe until the day of the trip
  4. When campers get dropped off at camp the day of the trip ALL bags will be searched
  5. When we get to the boat, the identification papers will be handed out to the campers, the head director will go through security first and then as each camper goes through security they will hand over the identification papers back to the director who will keep it in the safe in their room
  6. The staff will be dispersed amongst the camper rooms to ensure tight security.
  7. On the ship, campers will NOT walk around with their room key.  They will only be allowed to go back to their room with a counselor.  The campers will give their room key to the staff member in charge of their group.
  8. Campers will be in groups with a counselor at all times and that counselor will have their keys.  
  9. On the ship, we will eat breakfast, lunch and dinner together and attendance will be taken.  This is our check-in
  10. Every night, before going back to rooms, we will have a mandatory meeting to discuss the next days activities.
  11. Campers will then go back to their rooms and counselors will tape their doors for security.

All Campers must travel with: 

• All campers should have a passport if possible (make sure the passport is valid 6 months after August 11, 2025).
• All parents must sign a letter authorizing their camper to travel with us.  Letters will be handed out at our cruise orientation.
• All campers must travel with either a birth certificate (original or photo copy) and photo ID (school ID counts) or a passport.

What to Pack for a 4-Night Cruise

• Identification: Bring a Birth Certificate and a Photo ID or Passport.
• Luggage: Limit to one bag per person.
• Water Bottle: An empty water bottle to fill during meal times.

Additional Packing Suggestions:

• Clothing: Pack comfortable, casual clothing for daytime and swimwear for pool or beach activities. Include a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings.
• Footwear: Comfortable shoes for exploring and sandals for the pool.
• Toiletries: Bring essentials like sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, and any personal hygiene items.
• Medications: Pack any necessary medications in their original containers.
• Sunglasses and Hat: For sun protection while outdoors.
• Camera or Smartphone: To capture memories of your trip.
• Reusable Bag: For carrying items to and from the pool or beach.

• After everyone has enrolled, we will take information including age and any allergies we need to be aware of.  We will give the allergy information to the cruise line.

• Self-serve soft-serve: choice of ice cream and frozen yogurt flavors
• Lemonade, iced tea, hot chocolate, non-bottled water and non-specialty coffee and tea (included within the main dining area)

Soda packages can be purchased aboard the ship on the first day.  If purchased, you must purchase the package for all 4 days. It is the same price to pre-buy the package or to buy it aboard the ship. 

Also, drinks that are not soda will be available in dining areas only most of the time while aboard the ship, but will not be available by the pool and entertainment areas like the soda. Campers can bring their own empty water bottles aboard and fill them during meal time.

Should a guest require medical attention while aboard one of our vessels, the Medical Center staff is available to assist 24 hours a day. The on board medical centers are staffed and equipped to treat routine medical conditions as well as to initiate stabilization of more serious conditions. Physicians are available to render services at a customary fee. While at sea or in port, the availability of medical care may be limited.

Medical Center Hours
The Medical Center has daily office hours which are listed in the HUB App. The medical staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies. Routine hours are subject to temporary change due to extenuating circumstances: 

• Embarkation day: 8:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm
• Sea days: 9:00am-12:00pm and 3:00pm-6:00pm
• Port days: 8:00am-10:00am and 4:00pm-6:00pm

To ensure your child has convenient access to funds during the cruise, consider these options:

• Send them with pre-paid visa gift cards/gift cards so that they can use them like credit cards and any additional funds that are left on the card can be used anywhere, not just on the ship. 
• Use Apple Pay 
• Send them with cash (Everyone should have some cash, especially while in Bermuda.)

Social Wi-Fi Plan 

• Access the most popular social websites and applications including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Snapchat and the most popular airline sites.
• Does not include access to most websites, email, video and music streaming services (i.e., Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, Pandora), iMessage, Skype, cellular-network-dependent Wi-Fi calling and FaceTime services.

 Premium Wi-Fi Plan

• Premium Wi-Fi plan provides access to all sites under the Social and Value Plans at the fastest possible connection (3 times faster than the Value Plan). • Netflix can be viewed through your Netflix account/app. Cellular-network-dependent Wi-Fi calling and FaceTime services are also not supported.
